Scott Eldridge has spent the last 11 years working in equity capital markets across various sectors (cannabis, tech and mining) in fund management, corporate finance & advisory, RTO’s & IPO’s, directorships and various executive suite roles.

Mr. Young was an investment advisor, holding both his Canadian and U.S. securities licenses up until 2000.
Jason Walsh
Mr. Walsh has over 25 years of capital markets experience including 10 years as a stockbroker, which allowed him to gather invaluable experience and insight into the formation and financing of start-up and early-stage opportunities.
Geoff Watson
Geoff has over 25 years of experience working as a head trader on an international equities desk. He also has 5 years of experience as a director and executive officer for various private and publicly traded companies, where he has acted as CFO and assisted in their financial management. He has completed the TSX Internal control workshop and the TSX Venture filing fundamentals course.
