After completing his Bachelor of Business (BBA) he went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance and began his career as a buy-side equity analyst. He was an early entrant into the cannabis sector in 2014, recognizing the potential opportunity that laid ahead for investors. Mr. Eldridge has extensive institutional investor and investment banking relationships in Canada and Europe, having directly raised over $630M USD for both public and private companies across various sectors. Mr. Eldridge is a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and has been an active investor in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain for the last 4 years.

Mr. Young was an investment advisor, holding both his Canadian and U.S. securities licenses up until 2000. He has worked as a corporate governance and communications consultant since 2000 in the technology, mining and pharmaceutical industries, with clients trading on both Canadian and American stock exchanges. During the 2020 Winter Olympics he was an in-house consultant with Alda Pharmaceuticals which was the infection control sponsor for the games. The Company was also named in the TSXV Top 50 listed companies the same year. Scott is currently a director of publicly listed companies Element Lifestyle Retirement , Pinedale Energy and 1111 Exploration Corp.

Mr. Walsh has over 25 years of capital markets experience including 10 years as a stockbroker, which allowed him to gather invaluable experience and insight into the formation and financing of start-up and early-stage opportunities. He has served on the board as CEO and Chairman of many startup Ventures and has been a capital markets advisor to dozens of companies. Mr. Walsh has raised substantial capital for many businesses and has been responsible for the public listing of dozens of Companies.

Mr. Branson is the Founder and CEO of CapWest Investments Corp. a boutique financial services firm based in Vancouver, BC. Mr. Branson has 25 years of experience in developing both private and public companies across a diverse set of industries and has extensive knowledge of structural financing, strategic vision and competent execution. Mr. Branson has also been heavily involved in the digital marketing and media industry for the last 10 years, bringing invaluable insight to the set-up and launch of digital branding.

As founder, producer, and creative director of the studio Cyndicate VR Productions, Dave brings invaluable industry expertise.
